The Directory lists paper florists and vendors from all over the world.

If you’re a paper florist or a vendor, you can be in the Directory! Create an account, pay a small annual fee, and start connecting with new clients.

With just a few clicks, customers can find the perfect fit for their project: weddings, gifts, photo shoots, tutorials, local artists, and on and on. Anyone who signs up for an account with PaperFlowerEducation.com (previously The Paper Florist Collective) can search the Directory.

Who is a Paper Florist? A Paper Florist is a person that makes flowers with paper and sells paper flower products.

What is a Vendor? A Vendor is a  business that sells paper flower materials such as crepe paper, art supplies or floral supplies to paper florists. A vendor could also mean someone that teaches, offers workshops, tutorials, or have online courses to show paper florists how to make paper flowers. We will be rolling out this option in the near future.

Is it possible that I could be both a Paper Florist and a Vendor? Yes absolutely. Say you sell paper flowers, but you also sell paper flower kits or tutorials. You would fit into both categories. However, the customers searching for Paper Florists would only be searching for those who make paper flowers to sell, so the information you provide would be related to that. Customers looking for Vendors would be specifically looking for businesses that sell paper, tutorials, online courses, supplies, hence, Vendors only provide information related to that. As a result, if you are a Paper Florist and sell tutorials and you only sign up under the Paper Florists category, your business wouldn't show up if someone searched for "tutorials", which is under the Vendor category. You would also have to sign up as a Vendor in order for your business to be searchable under that keyword.

Can anyone apply and get their business on the Directory? Yes! This Directory is open to everyone around the world. All you need to do is pay the $49 membership annual fee to be on the directory and people can start finding you.

How often will the directory be updated? Twice a month.

Do I have to sell paper flowers to get on the Directory? Yes, you must be a paper florist to be eligible for the Paper Florists category.

Can I be on the Directory if I don’t make paper flowers, but I sell paper flower tools and materials, and/or paper flower tutorials? Yes, you can be in the Directory as a Vendor so that our members can search and find you. We will be rolling out this option in the near future.

How would someone access the Member Directory? Only people who have a login account with The Paper Florists Collective will have access and be able search the Directory. The Member Directory will be viewable from The Paper Florists Collective Website under a navigation tab “Member Directory” and is searchable.

What information can I share about my business on the directory? You will be able to share your name, business name, location, email contact, social media links, and a list of services/products you provide. 

Where does my Membership Fee go in supporting the Directory? Your Fee goes directly to the management of the directory, from the collection and review of the data, to the manual registration of the data into the directory. It also goes towards maintaining the website and the cost of hiring a computer IT consultant to code and maintain the directory.

Who will have access to my information? Only people who have a login account with The Paper Florists Collective will have access to your information and search the directory. This means that any members can search the Directory. Potential customers would simply open an account with The Paper Florists Collective to access it. In addition, your information will not be downloadable and is protected by Kajabi’s secure portal. Any link to the Directory from an outside website will not work. 

Is The Paper Florists Collective responsible for the accuracy of the Directory? No, it is up to the person submitting the form to provide all accurate information. Any updates to your submission for the Directory must be emailed to [email protected]
