TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all Terms & Conditions, and to fully understand the agreements contained therein. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions:
DEFINITIONS:
“P2P Program” refers to Paper to Profits: Mastermind Edition, an online course with a mastermind component.
“P2P Program content” refers to any written, video or audio information presented, distributed or created by, or on behalf of, Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk in relation to the P2P Program and includes any advice, suggestions, opinions, statements, actions, and/or ideas that arise out of any mastermind session.
“mastermind” or “masterminds” refers to online real-time group study and brainstorming sessions that all participants can attend live or watch/re-watch video recordings of.
“participant” or “you” refers to a person, or corporation, who has registered for and/or attends the P2P Program, organized or presented by, Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk.
“private review” or “personal review” refers to the participant’s act of reading, noting or following the P2P Program materials for the purpose of refreshing his or her memory in relation to the content taught in the P2P Program.
“written consent” refers to a written document, such as an email, fax or printed letter, provided by, or on behalf of, Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk , to the participant, providing authorization to the participant to use the P2P Program content in any manner aside from personal and private review or reference.
REGISTRATION:
You can register for the P2P Program at any time that is convenient to you and during the sale period between May 3, 2021 to May 14, 2021.
A confirmation of registration is emailed to you immediately upon registration. If you have not received a confirmation email along with the information required to access the P2P Program within an hour of registration, please email [email protected] to ensure that your registration was received.
CONTENT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION:
The P2P Program includes the following P2P Program content for each registrant for as long as Pink & Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk is in operation:
- Online real-time masterminds with Quynh and Jessie held on a weekly basis through Zoom at 10AM (Pacific Time) & 1PM (Eastern Time) on the following Tuesdays in 2021:

- Online access to video recordings of masterminds
- Online access to the Paper to Profits Business 101 Handbook

- Online access to The Creative Entrepreneur’s Ultimate Resource List, Hashtag Keyword Masterlist, SEO Tip Sheet, Visual Proposal Template, and Mileage Log Form
Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk reserve the right to change the time and dates of any mastermind sessions.

Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk strives to make the P2P Program to be a 100% positive experience from beginning to end for everyone. We celebrate the diversity of all participants and will not tolerate discriminatory behaviour by or towards anyone taking part in the P2P Program.
By registering, you’re agreeing to respect and be kind to all participants regardless of his or her gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other aspect of what we look like, where we come from or who we are. Anyone engaging in discriminatory behaviour may be asked to leave a mastermind session or sessions and/or not to participate in the community forum.
PAYMENT PLAN & NON-PAYMENT
If you have selected to use the Payment Plan option, if available, for your P2P Program fee balance, you are solely responsible for clearly reading the payment schedule on the Product Form/Registration Form and making payment on schedule. All payments must be made in USD currency. The second and final payment will be automatically debited from your credit card 30 days after the initial payment made upon registration. If you fail to make the second and final payment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you within 3 business days at which point if the balance is not paid in full, we will remove you from access to the P2P Program, to all P2P content, and to all live/recorded mastermind sessions.
REFUND
You may submit, in writing, a withdrawal from the P2P Program, and request a refund within 30 days of purchase and registration. Any refund will be issued in the same method as the payment.
CANCELLATION:
Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk reserves the right to alter, change, substitute, and/or vary the P2P Program at its sole discretion and as it deems necessary, and/or to cancel the P2P Program in its entirety. If the P2P Program is cancelled in its entirety, participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
TERMS OF USE
As a condition of your participation in the P2P Program, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:
- duplicate, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the P2P Program content or materials or otherwise attempt to use the P2P Program content, for any purpose aside from personal and private review or reference, without the specifically expressed, written, consent of Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk;
- rent, lease, sell, distribute or assign the P2P Program content to any third party, without the expressed written consent of Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk;
- download any images, text or content from any online source in relation to Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk, with the exception of the P2P Program content or other information provided in connection with the participation in the P2P Program or in connection with the P2P Program content without the specifically expressed, written, consent of Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk; and
- allow access to the P2P Program content by any other person, or corporation, other than yourself, without the specifically expressed, written, consent of Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE & USE
Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk plans to record audio/video material during the masterminds and use them to (1) provide participants with recordings for review, (2) for promotional purposes, and/or (3) to repackage and resell. By participating in the P2P Program, you grant Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk the right to use your name, biography, and image for such purposes. Specifically, you grant and convey unto Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk during your participation in the P2P Program, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
RELEASE & INDEMNITY
You hereby agree to release Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk, its employees, officers, agents and representatives from any liability, damage or costs (including any direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages) whatsoever arising from your use of the P2P Program content. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk and its employees, officers, agents and representatives from any claims, losses, judgments, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and disbursements) incurred by any of them due to, or resulting from, your use of the P2P Program content. You will also indemnify and hold harmless Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk, its employees, officers, agents and representatives from, or against, any claims brought by any third parties arising out of your use of the the P2P Program content.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
P2P Program content is provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind, either expressed or implied. You agree that you are responsible for your own results from the participation of the P2P Program.
While Pink and Posey LLC o/a Paper Talk endeavors to provide content that is correct and accurate, no representations or warranties are made regarding the P2P Program content including, without limitation, (1) the P2P Program content will be accurate, reliable, complete or suitable for any purpose; (2) that defects or errors in the P2P Program content will be corrected. You acknowledge and agree that you are participating in the P2P Program, using the P2P content, and attending, participating, or watching the masterminds, if applicable, at your own risk.
